This custom mount allows me to install my KK 2.1 Flight Controller in X mode without requiring a software offset, accommodating frames with standard 45mm x 45mm mounting screws. As an improvement over mhenson's design, I added screw head cutouts for ease of assembly, reinforced the mount for extra durability when securing the FC with its mounting screws, and elongated the holes to ensure full penetration and secure tightening of the Flight Controller.
