Small modification of the 45 degree wedge that does not require heat-set insert nor iron to place it. My screw is about 15mm tall. including the collar. I used a threads module for openscad, with imported STL, I was able to create a countersunk hole that matches my bolt perfectly. It's a TIGHT FIT, that is intentional.
