I Cut a 45-degree End Cut on Foam Sheet. It's Intended for Use in Foam Model Airplane Construction. Bevel Control Surface Joints with Ease. To Get Started, You'll Need: * 3 Small Sheet Metal Screws * 1 Single Edge Razor Blade Before Assembling, Chase Screw Holes with a Drill Bit to Ensure a Smooth Fit. When Attaching the Razor Blade, Exercise Caution to Avoid Accidents. Practice Your Technique on a Scrap Piece First to Get a Feel for the Process. I've Only Tested This Method on 1/4 Foam Fanfold Sheets and 6mm Depron, but It May Not Work Well with Cardboard Faced Foam Board. Print Settings: * Printer Brand: RepRap * Printer Model: Prusa I3 Rework * Rafts: No * Supports: No How I Designed This: Sketchup Make
