45 degree bevel chamfer cutter
pinshape
I had to make numerous precise cuts in leather to achieve a smooth bevel or chamfer. To accomplish this, I designed a tool that securely holds standard single-edged razor blades, making precise 45-degree angled cuts and maintaining an exact depth of 1mm. Please exercise caution when using this tool. It was printed with exceptional detail at a layer resolution of 0.08mm and features a sturdy shell thickness of 0.8mm. The model showcased here is the MRK2 version, boasting improved guide and tool markings that eliminate the need for burning, as seen in my initial design. However, the image displayed is of the MRK1 prototype.
