45 Degree Ball bearing universal spool holder

UPDATE: I have revised both designs to enhance their strength, and I strongly recommend against printing them with PLA. Regardless of the material choice, I suggest using at least a 60% infill setting. I grew tired of dealing with my Ninjaflex binding in my guide tube on my MakerGear M2, which features a tight 180-degree curve. To address this issue, I decided to acquire some bearings and design a spool reel that could be mounted above my printer, which is positioned in a corner. My new design allows for easy removal and installation of all spools while retaining them when printing is underway. It works seamlessly with MakerGear spools, ESUN spools (including clear PLA and Flex), and Ninjaflex 0.5kg spools. The spindle was designed to accommodate a reasonable range of spool dimensions without excessive play, making it likely compatible with most spool types. After printing the necessary pieces, you will require: * A 3/8" bolt measuring 3.5" in length * Two 3/8" washers * A 3/8" Nylock nut * Two 6200RS ball bearings
