45 degree 1/4" and 1/2" drill jig

I have a need for a 45 degree jig for a project coming up and didn't want to spend much to purchase one. Here is what I came up with. The bit sizes are 1/4" and 1/2" (though the tolerances may be a bit tight and you may need to drill out a small amount your first time using it. The distance from the drill hole to the edge of the board is adjustable using the stopper The stopper holes are 1/4" apart The 'keyhole' design of the stopper pins allow you to rotate the stopper to get approximately 1/8" precision when setting the distance. There is a 'sight' to ensure side-to-side alignment The sight extends through the jig to the surface. The stopper rod is a bit weak when using my printer and I kept breaking them. I've added a 'rod' file that should have improved strength if needed.
With this file you will be able to print 45 degree 1/4" and 1/2" drill jig with your 3D printer. Click on the button and save the file on your computer to work, edit or customize your design. You can also find more 3D designs for printers on 45 degree 1/4" and 1/2" drill jig.
