45 deg. air guide / fan duct for 30 and 40mm fan

This mod was designed because the hotend's fan kept pulling in too much heat from the print surface, making it harder to achieve good prints on my bed. The included design works seamlessly with my E3D V6 30mm Fan. For a cleaner setup, I actually used some tape to direct airflow; but now, I get the added benefit of having it look even more professional this way! I want to point out that I carefully made all angles perpendicular to the Z-axis because they are limited to a maximum of 45 degrees for easy printing. The part's thickness was intentionally set at 0.8mm to produce great prints with just two perimeters from my nozzle's tiny .4mm size. If you'd like, I can offer versions with thicker or thinner walls too.
