Re-built the box from scratch in TinkerCAD since the original model refused to scale properly for me in both Cura and Fusion360. Round compartments are 12.5 x 12.5mm since the original 12mm size was much too tight, at least in my experience. Haven't printed two yet to know how well they stack but the lip is a few mm deep so it should suffice. Print upside-down and you shouldn't need supports, 12.5mm bridging is pretty easy.
