Avoid breaking pots with an easy fix: print Nutrient Film Technique (NFT) hydroponic pots from food-grade biodegradable plastic, typically PLA. These lightweight pots, weighing 9.5 grams for the 45mm version, have a one-layer outer wall and can be stacked for easy storage. To prevent growing medium leakage, print on a single-layer raft and trim base with scissors, leaving mesh partially covering the bottom. Adjustable for various pot diameters.
