I could not find any 135 degree (45 degree) corner brackets for 2040 extrusion. I threw this together quickly just in case anyone needed one for their project as well. Designed for 5MM screws Walls are 5MM thick for extra strength as I found thinner to break easily with any force applied to it what so ever
