44mm Potato cannon projectile (swirled fins) REVISED

Human: Testing various projectile designs for my 44mm air-powered potato cannon. If you have a different bore cannon, simply scale up or down accordingly. Any insights on how to improve flight performance are greatly appreciated. Print the model in two parts, with the top needing support and the lower part standing alone without need of support. After printing, you should be able to lock them together securely. Future plans include creating a tighter fitting version for improved stability. Be sure to check out other projectile types I will post soon as well. Initial flight tests on V2.7 reveal that it's prone to spinning wildly but adding weight to the hollow chamber results in a smooth, stable flight. For V3.0: With added weight, this projectile is incredibly powerful, achieving a distance of 150m at 2 bar pressure. However, be cautious with high-pressure launches as I'm still testing its limits and will provide more information on safe launch pressures when possible. Edit Log: #1: Enhanced the connection between parts by thickening it, hollowed out both top and bottom to match outer contour, and slightly flattened the curve of the bottom. #2: Attempting to increase stability by placing fins further back and reducing their angle, also shaving off some material inside for added weight reduction. #3: Uploading a revised design with even less aggressive fin angles, featuring one 7.5° and one 12.5° before commencing high-velocity testing. #4: Lengthening the shaft, adding fillets throughout, and improving the back-end shape to reduce air turbulence between fins and the start of the projectile, also hollowing out the connection and cutting a hole in the middle for added stability.
