The part needs likely to be sealed with a food-grade resin, it is slightly smaller than the portafilter but still functions without resin. I printed it on a glass bed to achieve a nice flat surface. This model is a test number 2 using some glow-in-the-dark filament that I acquired as a "transparent" filament and must use, so I printed with normal filament because I think glow-in-the-dark material could pose more health risks than regular PLA.
