This duct is designed to fit snugly on a 42x42x42mm stepper on the connector side, accommodating non-wide configurations with ease. It boasts a 1mm clearance on either end of the motor and features a larger air vent for wide applications. This duct can securely hold standard fans ranging in size from 40/50/60/70/80/92mm, with fan height being irrelevant as long as you don't mind it protruding slightly. Attaching this duct to your setup is straightforward: use 2.9mm self-tapping screws for all models or opt for wire attachment around the outside via through holes (available in non-wide and wide variants). The non-wide duct measures between 50-92mm, while its wider counterpart spans from 60-92mm. For added stability, you can secure the duct to the motor using cable ties. Currently, the fan fits seamlessly, the holes align perfectly, and attaching with cable ties works well – just be gentle when tightening them. While sizes above 60mm may seem excessive, they might still find a purpose in specific applications.
