42mm Button badge circle cutter

This device was designed specifically for cutting out circles of paper used in making 42mm button badges. The cutouts themselves are larger than 42mm, which is necessary for proper use with the button badge press. First, place the paper over the hole. Next, position the cover on top and press it down firmly to secure the paper in place. Finally, push the cutter through to complete the cutting process. The resulting circles will have slightly rough edges, but this is not a concern as they are covered once transformed into badges.
