41mm Prop Spinner - for 9" prop

This is a minorly amended version RedbeardPete's EFX Prop Spinner, specifically: * Simplified the base to remove skirt (which required a lot of support material), and to fill in the cutout area where the cone originally sat * Removed the bottom edge of the cone which would normally sit in the base's cut-out. Now the pieces just sit flat instead. Simplifies printability further, and increases rigidity of the base (the two screw fixtures will be sufficient to hold the pieces in alignment). * Increased prop hole to take a 9" Prop. These changes mean I can use it to replace my Hyperbipe spinner (the stock one is foam, and comes off almost immediately), and print with a lot less post-processing.
