41mm Prop Spinner - for 9" prop

Here's a revised version of RedbeardPete's EFX Prop Spinner, tailored specifically for me: Simplified the base design by removing the skirt and filling in the cutout area where the cone originally sat. This modification eliminates the need for extensive support material. I've removed the bottom edge of the cone that normally sits in the base's cut-out, allowing the pieces to sit flat instead. This simplifies printability further and increases the rigidity of the base, making it easier to hold the pieces in alignment using the two screw fixtures. To accommodate a larger propeller, I've increased the prop hole to take a 9" prop. These changes enable me to replace my Hyperbipe spinner with this modified version. The stock one is made of foam and comes off easily, but this printer-friendly design allows me to print it with less post-processing required. Print Settings: Printer: Ebay Chinese CTC i3 clone Rafts: Yes Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.1mm Infill: 100% Notes: I opted for ABS in 0.1mm, 40% cubic infill to achieve the best quality, layer adhesion, and strength. I plan to use an acetone-vapor-bath on the final product to further bind the layers and provide a shiny finish. To prevent warping or delamination while printing and cooling, I printed it with a 10mm brim. Wait until the part reaches room temperature before attempting to remove it from the print bed so it doesn't warp post-removal, especially when working with ABS.
