I made some adjustments, raising the mount by a millimeter to increase the fan clearance even further. At the same time, I reinforced the mounting stem for added stability. Since I wanted to avoid printing with ABS, I decided on PETG instead. So far, everything is working flawlessly - the clearance is perfect!
