This is a 3D model of a Delta Electronics EFB0412HHD fan, specifically designed for fanduct-type projects. It's not meant to be printed out, although it should be printable. The primary goal is to aid in the design process. I'm gearing up to design the next step beyond my Z-19 project. If you're unfamiliar with what I'm talking about, check out my previous designs. I'm dissatisfied with the level of hot end cooling provided by the stock fan on the Creality CR-10S. To address this issue, I plan to upgrade the model cooling blower to a 5015 type and also replace the main fan. The original fan measures 40x40x10 mm, but I've opted for a 40x40x20 mm version. This larger size more than makes up for itself with impressive specs: * Air stall pressure reaches 9 mm H2O, significantly above average for its size. * The airflow rate of 0.27 m3/min (9.6 CFM) exceeds the typical airflow capacity. * Acoustical noise is a mere 30.5 dB, essentially whisper-quiet. I'm thoroughly enamored with this selection and have just placed an order; it's yet to arrive.
