I'm working on a new design that replaces the loud 5015 fans I used with the original e3dv6 mount files (#2494642). The goal is to incorporate silent 40x40 fans, which will require m3 bolts with hexnuts pressed firmly in place. You'll have the option of choosing between standard or ABL designs that accommodate 18mm sensors. Keep in mind that these are just the left side components; you can mirror them in your slicer to create a complete assembly. I'm eager to see how this design performs and appreciate any feedback you'd like to share.
