so i was looking and looking for a mount that would snuggly snap on and hold position... it needed to work on my tronxy xy2 pro.... because that silly sensor for z level needed to go into the trash heap right quick. the sensor is heat sensitive and experiences measurement drift due to sensor temp..... aka 1st cold print one spot...2nd print a different spot...nope done with that. if your interested.,, the blue and black wires (there are 3 blue black and brown) on the sensor when shorted trip the z stop on the board. so with a microswitch shorting them i now needed a mount. ideally it would snap into place and slide snugly fwd into position. I'm sure someone made a great one but i couldnt find what i wanted so i designed it myself. tension is adjusted via thickness of the part...so if you want more snap tension modify it to have heavier flats....looser snap thinner flats. i have included a couple of options for you. i chose the heaviest and am happy, when you print it lay it down so the lines follow the contours for best strength. i used ASA but most of the filaments will do the job. I printed with 0.8mm nozzle 0.4mm layer height. about 1.5hours print time. if you use smaller nozzle or lower layer height expect longer times.
