40V Ryobi Battery Connector
thingiverse
This build is an adaptation of SorrowBJD's work that tackles the issue of inaccessible metal leads required to complete his design by introducing angled "fingers" precision-aligned to fit perfectly into battery terminals. Strategically placed holes on both sides of these fingers allow for effortless wire passage. To create a straightforward and cost-effective lead extension, thread a 4-inch or 5-inch length of solar cell tabbing upwards, then over, back down, and finally solder it back to itself at the bottom. This innovative setup enables easy soldering of wires to the extension. With the fingers snugly fitted against the terminals, power can now be easily drawn off.
