I'm building a pulley that's identical to this one: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1719944, except the end that connects to the motor mount is set back slightly like those aluminum pulleys sold by www.diyelectricskateboard.com. I printed it with a raft but no supports; instead, I built in my own support structures.
