Totally botched the clearance between the pieces, so it's going to be a close fit. I've uploaded new files with an increased size. March 5th, 2019 - I was wrong earlier. Now I've uploaded the correct files. Remixing a remix is amazing! Anyway, I don't have a .40SW caliber, so if it doesn't fit perfectly, let me know and I can make adjustments. The fits around 29mm tall, but mileage may vary when working with high-pressure rounds or exotic calibers. Attached are the Solidworks files as well as IGES formats. If you'd like to modify the design for a different caliber, simply edit the 'base' file. The other two files derive from this one, so adjust the height of the 'top' in the 'base' file and the height of the 'bottom' in the 'bottom' file accordingly.
