This is a cup holder adapter designed for the 40 oz Hydro Flask. It fits seamlessly into my fiancée's 2015 Subaru Legacy, but thanks to its flexible insert, it should fit many different vehicles with ease. I've included the step file so you can make precise measurements or modify dimensions as needed. I'd love to see your innovative creations and remixes! For optimal results, I highly recommend using PETG due to its superior layer adhesion and flexibility. However, I used ABS and it turned out great – check my print settings for more information on working with ABS. PLA is not recommended, as it may warp in the heat. To minimize support structures, you can try printing the adapter upside-down, but be aware that this might make the hexagon overhangs more noticeable when installed in the car. To avoid this issue, I opted to print it right-side up and used extra supports for added stability.
