40oz/32oz Hydroflask Bike Bottle Holder/Cage

UPDATE 8/24/20: I've added Fusion 360 and STEP files for easier remixing. Sorry for not adding them sooner!

I'm not hardcore about my bike nor about bike stuff, but I do care about having a good water bottle with me when I ride. So I made this bottle cage in Fusion 360 for my favorite temp-keeping bottle. It's originally made to perfectly fit 40oz and 32oz Hydroflask (and probably off-brand) bottles, but the velcro strap does allow it to adjust for smaller bottles. Now you can stay hydrated during your long (or short) bike rides with a drink that stays cold (or hot)!

The holes are made to fit M5 bottle holder screws, which I've read to be on most bikes, although some use M4 or M6. I used a 1"x12" velcro strap to strap down the bottle. For detailed mounting instructions, go to https://www.instructables.com/id/40oz32oz-Hydroflask-Bike-Bottle-Cage/

PETG or ABS/ASA is probably best, especially if you plan on printing it in a dark filament, as those two materials have higher temperature resistance compared to PLA. While mine is printed in carbon fiber PLA (a bit overkill, I must say) and it's holding up ok, I can't imagine the matte black filament would last long in direct sunlight.
