40mm to 80mm extruder adapter

Just tried!!! Don't print this version!!!!! help me improve this. This version is very heavy on supports. Lots of work to remove. I'm trying to make like two pieces that connect, so the piece faces down, not needing supports. Use supports! This is an experimental version. I'm trying to make a mount to incorporate the 2 fans in one, like an 80mm fan. Cura software predicts it will print in about 7 to 8 hours. I made this because the fans are too loud, and one of 80mm slower should keep everything cool and quiet. Feel free to send me a message and make upgrades to the model. Just keep me as the original creator. Update 1: I just uploaded two photos of the item. You can see in them the amount of supports that are needed. Definitely need two parts. One photo is like 40% finished, and the other is almost finished. Still, it's a nice design; someone can pick up from here. Update 2-19-02-2017 I accidentally broke my 40mm fan. I had to put this one in. It works, but I don't think the airflow is good. I haven't had any problems with the prints so far. It doesn't appear to be hot at all. The 80mm fan is way quieter than the stock fan. This is important: just upgrade to E3Dv6 and you'll get a lighter head and a better-looking print and printer.
