I discovered that the initial prototype was experiencing issues due to excessive airflow on the print bed, leading to adhesion and contraction problems. To resolve this issue, I reconfigured the fan to point upwards at a 45-degree angle, which effectively eliminated the problems I encountered. Additionally, I removed the top vents adjacent to the motor and relocated the remaining ones closer to the motor. This modification significantly enhances cooling performance compared to the original setup. I would like to extend my gratitude to the creator of the initial model for their innovative design. The modified prototype was created using Fusion360 and printed with Cura at a layer thickness of 0.2mm.
