40mm Snap On Pip Boy Fan Cover

I wanted the Pip Boy design but with a snap-on twist. I stripped down a Fibonacci case, carefully excised the area around Pip Boy to match its dimensions, then enlarged it slightly to fit snugly along the edges. To add more stability, I installed a ring inside the Fibonacci case. The result is a seamless integration that leaves ample space for the fan to rotate freely without hindrance or risk of obstruction from the grill.
