To bring this creation to life: Use a 0.2mm layer height and 20% infill with Inland PLA at 203°C - no need for elaborate procedures here. Keep your bed temperature at 45°C and take it easy on the print speed. If you're new to advanced settings, try ramping up to 125% of the recommended 60mm/s but slow down near the tops of the snap-in pegs.
