This a 40 mm tyre with a 20 mm wheel for RC planes The tyre and the wheel should be printed separately, the wheel in PLA and the tyre in TPU preferably. The whole in the axis is 2mm in diameter. You may need to sand the tyre a bit to fit the printed wheel.
