A 40mm fan mount is suitable for attaching a rotatable fan on Mendel90's electronics; however, it can be utilized wherever you require screwing a fan to wood. To assemble, use an M3 screw with a length of about 25mm to connect the two parts, while three M4 screws are needed to fasten the pole part to the frame.
