This revised design is compatible with Aleph Objects' "supa flat" x-carriage and requires a 60mm bolt spacing. Slic3r generates a cone for extrusion width ratios above a specific value (2.77). To improve air flow, reduce the cone height or remove upper sections. A spacer bar is needed to raise the bracket about 3mm on a makergear groovemount setup; alternatively, use 6 washers. The fan mount should be printed alongside the spacer bar. Replace supa flat's bearing retainer screws with longer ones and assemble the parts accordingly. Ensure that the fan cone does not obstruct your extruder tip during printing.
