Relatively speedy creation of a Y manifold with female threads, matching the 40MM NATO gas mask threads exactly. The manifold has two M10x1.5x10mm threaded holes on either side, allowing for easy mount attachment if needed. Internal passages measure 22mm, providing ample air flow. I'm labeling this as a Work In Progress since I've only printed a simplified version so far, but it functions flawlessly in tests.
