My rear axial fan suddenly stopped working and all I had on hand was a 40mm fan designed for the noisy side fan mount. Unable to locate a suitable front fan bracket, I decided to create one using Fusion 360 software. I have only utilized version 1 of this design so far; however, its main drawback is that you won't be able to secure the top screw properly with it. The second iteration addresses this issue and also includes an integrated cable tie-able slot for managing cables. Print Settings: Printer: Prusa i3 MK2 Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.2 Notes: You need to print this item using ABS or some other high-temperature-resistant material. I used a resolution of 0.2, and I'm not convinced that going higher would be beneficial. Post-Printing: You might need to drill the screw holes before assembling the fan bracket.
