To save space, I opted for thinner mounting bases and planned to drill holes according to available screws. The 1mm holes in the design can be used as pilot holes for enlarging to fit m3 bolts. I remixed the original due to a chicken-and-egg problem, simplifying complex bridging sections. With a fan-mounted shroud on a swivel mount, I now print intricate bridges with ease. After tweaking the design in OpenSCAD and exporting it as an STL file, I cleaned it up using Netfab Cloud. Although my original was flawless, the final STL file size was significantly reduced. The print settings were PLA at 180 degrees for the hotend and 60 degrees for the bed with a 0.6 nozzle. A layer height of 0.4009mm and three perimeters minimum were used in the slicing process with Slic3r software.
