40mm Fan Skull Fan Cover

A fan cover for larger fans can be scaled up from the original design for a 40mm fan. This project is still in development, but it should turn out fine without any additional supports required due to the lifted center and skull design. Any feedback on how to improve this design would be greatly appreciated. Print settings are what will give you the best results with this model, I recommend using .1 or (.2 if time is of the essence) layer height with a high infill setting of 50% or more. However, this level of infill is indeed overkill and 15-25% will suffice to achieve a good balance between strength and weight.
