40mm Fan Shroud for E3D-v6

I couldn't find a suitable 40mm fan shroud that fit my heatsink, so I created this custom design to maximize airflow and improve performance. I optimized the hole size for maximum ventilation and modified the fan mount to prevent contact with the heating block. After printing, I recommend adding electrical tape to enhance grip and reduce vibrations as shown in the photo. The Noctua NF-A4x10 FLX fan is mounted on the E3D-v6 hotend from Filastruder (http://www.filastruder.com/products/all-metal-e3d-v6-hotend). I found the 30mm fan that came with the printer to be quite loud, but this Noctua fan is significantly quieter and provides slightly better airflow (4.8CFM vs 4CFM).
