This is a mounting solution for a NEMA17 extruder's cooling fan, measuring 40mm in diameter. To create it, you'll need to print with either ABS or PLA using settings of 0.2mm layer thickness and 70% infill. A separate support structure isn't required as the main piece fits snugly onto the back of the motor. At least two screws are necessary for securing the fan itself. It's crucial to choose a low CFM fan to avoid overheating the printing surface below.
