This is a straightforward mount for a 40 mm cooling fan that I required to attach directly to the wooden frame of my Prusa i3 printer box in order to cool both the board and stepper drivers efficiently. The printable bracket, shown orange in the attached pictures, offers an uncomplicated solution without requiring support material. Its dimensions are specifically designed to accommodate M3 bolts and 3/4" #8 wood screws. After Printing To achieve precise alignment of the cooling fan, I needed to fine-tune the angle, which you may also need to do depending on your setup. Since the part is quite thin, simply warming it up with a heat gun or hair dryer can make it pliable enough for slight adjustments as desired.
