I designed 40mm Fan mount because the stock fan cools very little. Prevents heat creep. Fits Perfectly for every Bowden Setup. Make sure that heat block is atleast 5mm far when fitting. Printing Instructions: Print Fan side down, with supports On. 30% Infill and 4 Shell Layers. Print with PLA is fine, but it could do better with ABS / PETG.
