To complement your Arduino mount, you can print an additional attachment available at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:14742. Assemble it with a few M3x10mm screws for hinge support. Next, install a 40mm fan and secure the accessory on the Arduino RAMPS mount using the side holes. For optimal results, position it near the bottom of the board, close to the transistors and drivers for X, Y, and extruder, as the top area (Z pololu drive) usually remains cool.
