40mm fan mount for 36mm motor

This mount fits a 40mm fan over a brushless RC motor, offering two versions: one with an integrated clamp and another secured by a zip-tie attachment to the motor. The zip-tie design proved particularly useful in my Traxxas Stampede 4x4 due to limited clearance around the bottom of the motor, as it utilizes molded commercial zip-ties that are stronger than the printed clamp while maintaining a thinner profile. Users can also mirror the clamp to position the clamp screw on the same hole, preserving offset and airflow clearance.
