I made a custom print head for my Ender 3 which I posted here a while ago but I had a problem where any time I had to heat the extruder past about 210 degrees the printer would freak out and throw a thermal runaway code because it just couldn't heat up. So instead of being a normal person and putting on a different fan or turning down my buck converter I decided to make a fan cover. I have only tested out the thicker louver cover but I also uploaded a thinner one in case you need more airflow or just like the look better.
