40mm Fan Guard

I'm adding another 40mm fan guard to my collection because it looks amazing with all my other custom replicator 2 parts - check them out here: http://www.thingiverse.com/Prot0typ1cal/designs. This design is a remix of Funmun's Fan Guard, but I've made some improvements by using the integrated ring supports. Printing Details I used my MakerBot Replicator 2 to print this fan guard with the following settings: Printer: MakerBot Replicator 2 Rafts: No rafts were needed for this print. Supports: No supports were required due to the design's simplicity. Resolution: I printed at a resolution of 0.2mm for maximum detail. Infill: Since this is an external part, no infill was necessary. Important Notes Don't forget to remove the two rings after printing - they need to be taken out to provide clearance for the fan hub. The best part? They're offset by one layer, making them super easy to remove!
