This object is a customized version of the hexagon mesh fan design. It was created using a tool called Customizer. You can access this customization feature at http://www.thingiverse.com/apps/customizer/run?thing_id=128718. To use these settings: Choose an outer layer thickness of 1.5 millimeters. Select hex as your mesh type. Make the mounting hole diameter 5 mm. Choose to have a solid outer border with a width of 1 mm. Set the mesh density ratio to 98%. Opt for a clearance of 1 millimeter in the meshing process. Specify a mesh offset value of 68. The fan's side length should be around 60 millimeters. Decide on a mounting hole width of 50 mm. Also, select a mesh holes diameter of 10 mm. To add visual interest, choose an outer roundness level of 50%.
