This design serves as my adaptation of a fan grill for a hot end's cooling fan on my own system. Its flat base pairs with an arched top. A sturdy grill component results from its robust structure. Below are the guidelines: It scales perfectly for a 40mm muffin fan, so if you decide to print it and notice any non-round curves, your printer settings need to be adjusted accordingly.
