I spent hours trying to convince Simplify3D to print the grill onto that air filter, but no matter what I did, it just wouldn't work out. So, I took matters into my own hands and designed a new grill from scratch, then carefully applied some strong adhesive to secure it firmly in place on top of the air filter.
