A 40mm fan duct designed for MendelMax and Prusa V2 printers offers thicker walls for simpler printing and features an open end for improved visibility during the process. The Alibre PE source files are included, while MendelMax 1.5+ kits and printed parts can be purchased on www.ultibots.com. This fan duct is compatible with AlephObjects Supa-Flat X-Carriage available at thingiverse.com/thing:10646. The required bearing holders are found in http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:15205, the last download option on the list. To use, download SDP_bearing_mount_for_y_axis__on_side_with_square_ends_and_fixed_holes_by_Simon.stl file. Note that this fan mount also serves as belt clamps with two versions available: Long and Short. Other mount options can be found at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:29753, while version 2.1 was added on 10/14/12 with enhanced hinge mount.
