I've modified the "40mm fan duct for Prusa i3 Rework" based on the file from http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:452780 to work with my eMotion Tech Prusa i3 reworked with a Hexagon hotend and 3mm filament. This fan duct can be screwed onto either side of the extruder - simply swap out the screws for longer ones.
