I whipped up this solution in just 2 minutes and thought it would save others some time :) if you have a low-quality fan or simply want to minimize vibrations, you can use this as an alternative to a washer. The sides prevent air from escaping, making it more effective than using four soft plastic washers, in my opinion. (If you're unable to print TPU for any reason, they're readily available at a low cost. Use them and secure the fan with hot glue.) Print with TPU as usual. I used 5% infill and had no issues. Don't overtighten the screws, or it may not work properly. I hope this proves useful :). Edit: Increasing the Z Scale will improve its effectiveness! I've noticed that this design doesn't perform well when printed thin. I'm considering a new design that provides better vibration dampening, possibly similar to a stepper motor damper.
